In order to maintain stable and orderly real estate financing, the notice proposes to stabilize the issuance of real estate development loans, support the reasonable demand for personal housing loans, stabilize the credit supply of construction enterprises, support the reasonable extension of existing financing such as development loans, trust loans, and maintain the basic stability of bond financing, and maintain the stable financing of asset management products such as trusts.
