A total of 546 major projects in the city have been started and completed in a concentrated manner, with an estimated total investment of 250.152 billion yuan. A total of 42 projects in Changsha County and Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone participated in the concentrated opening and completion activities, with an estimated investment of 10.828 billion yuan in the project.
reporter learned from the county development and reform bureau that among the projects that have been launched and completed, there are 12 projects that have been launched in this centralized construction, with an estimated total investment of 5.326 billion yuan, and a planned investment of 720 million yuan in 2022, which has the characteristics of large investment scale, long industrial chain, and excellent comprehensive benefits. There are 30 projects in a concentrated manner, with a total investment of 5.502 billion yuan.
From the perspective of project composition, the projects that are concentratedly launched and completed are mainly major projects and industrial development projects. Highlight major projects, 7 projects with more than 500 million yuan (including) and 2 projects with more than 1 billion yuan investment; highlight industrial projects with 24 industrial development projects with an estimated total investment of about 4.78 billion yuan, accounting for 57%; social and people's livelihood, infrastructure, and ecological and environmental protection projects account for about 43%.
The new campus project of Changsha Economic and Trade Vocational Technical College, which was started in centralized this time, is located in the Huangxing Exhibition Economic Development Zone of Changsha County. The total investment is expected to be 1.3 billion yuan, the net land area of the project is 129.39 mu, and the planned number of degrees is 4,000. The construction content includes 13 buildings, basketball courts, track and field stadiums, garbage recycling bins, doormen and equipment rooms, underground garages, etc. The project is expected to be completed and put into use in 2024.
Focus on the construction of major projects and establish hard-core support for high-quality development. It is reported that in 2022, counties and districts included 268 major projects in the city, including 110 new projects, with a total investment of 290.852 billion yuan and an annual investment of 52.25 billion yuan. Among them, Changsha County has laid 174 major projects, with a planned investment of 32.185 billion yuan in 2022; Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone has laid 94 major projects, with a planned investment of 20.059 billion yuan in 2022. From January to September, 110 new major projects were started, with a start-up rate of 100%, with an investment of 49.949 billion yuan, and an investment completion rate of 95.6%.
