In order to quickly hear cases of execution and resolution, further improve the quality and efficiency of bankruptcy trial work, and create a high-quality business environment, on the afternoon of October 26, the Chaohu Municipal People's Court held an online meeting of creditors for batch cases of execution and resolution. Three judges from the Civil Division 2 of presided over six creditor meetings in two venues through the " CITIC Bank Bankruptcy Cases Comprehensive Service Platform". The bankruptcy administrator, the legal representative of the debtor, the chairman of the creditors' meeting, all creditors and others attended the meeting online.
Due to the epidemic and the creditors belong to different regions, the managers and creditors were unable to attend the meeting on site. All parties involved cooperated and after three days of full online communication, the meeting preparations, meeting convening, document circulation and other matters were completed through the platform. This creditors meeting was held online, which not only eliminated the adverse effects of the epidemic, enabled the work of the court to be carried out normally, but also opened up new work ideas, providing all participants with a convenient and efficient channel for participation, meeting the needs of innovatively improving the efficiency of Internet handling of bankruptcy administrators. The handling of bankruptcy cases is one of the important indicators for optimizing the business environment, and is related to social stability, economic development and people's livelihood security. The Party Group of Chaohu Court attaches great importance to the construction of a legal business environment, and the leaders of the court personally guide and supervise bankruptcy cases. Regarding the trial of the batch cases of execution and resolving, Luo Gang, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the Court, held a "resolving and resolving" trial work promotion meeting to urge judges to strengthen daily management, guidance and supervision of bankruptcy administrators' performance of their duties, and promptly resolve the difficulties encountered by bankruptcy administrators in the performance of their duties.
