Focusing on how to promote the development of the fashion consumer goods industry with cosmetics as the focus, Ruan Li, deputy director of the Municipal Economic and Information Technology Committee, said that Shanghai should seize the opportunity, focus on efforts, and accelerate the creation of a high-end fashion consumer goods industrial cluster with cosmetics as an important part, laying a solid foundation for Shanghai to build an international consumer center city. Deputy Director of the Municipal Commerce Committee Liu Min said at the press conference that in the next step, Shanghai will promote the coordinated development of "Shanghai Shopping" and "Made in Shanghai" brands, cultivate and support local cosmetic brands to launch old-fashioned new products and new brands, amplify the spillover effect of the CIIE gathers domestic leading international first-class cosmetic brands, and focus on the strategic goal of accelerating the construction of an international consumer center city, support Fengxian District to expand the global new product launch demonstration zone (cosmetics) platform, and actively promote the high-quality development of the cosmetics industry.
Regarding the construction of the Shanghai Fengxian (cosmetics) intellectual property rapid rights protection center, Yu Chen, deputy director of the Municipal Intellectual Property Bureau, said that as Shanghai Fengxian (cosmetics) intellectual property rapid rights protection center, currently the Shanghai Fengxian (cosmetics) intellectual property rapid rights protection center has basically completed the construction work of organizational setting, personnel recruitment, site construction and system design, and will be officially put into operation after acceptance by the State Intellectual Property Office.
