New Oriental China is the major shareholder of Beijing New Oriental Xuncheng Network Technology Co., Ltd., and as of May 31, 2022, it holds 77.488% of the equity of Beijing New Oriental Xuncheng Network Technology Co., Ltd.
Su Bingtian appealed New Oriental twice
