Hello everyone, I am Li Xiuxian, born in Northeast China. I lost my father when I was young and my family was poor. In order to survive, I became a nanny after graduating from junior high school. Later, I worked as a worker in the factory, worked as a restaurant waiter, worked as a beautician, set up street stalls, and worked as a photographer.

Many disasters, worsening injustice, and suffering misfortunes... These are all true portrayals of my life before I was eight years old.
I was born in a rural area in the northeast. Our village is the poorest remote village in the county, and our family is the poorest family in this small village.
My father passed away when I was three years old, leaving us five orphans and widows to live together. There was no valuable property in the family. In winter, the five people had only one quilt and a brazier to spend the winter. There are three sisters in front of me who took on the burden of supporting the family before they stepped into the school gate.
Although I was very young at that time, I had already sweared in my heart that when I grew up, I must live a rich life with my family. I originally thought that such a poor life was the biggest test for our family by God, but misfortune never came singly. When I was 7 years old, there was another change in my family.
This year, the second sister was engaged, and the man was very outstanding, but the man's father was an old hooligan who was worse than beasts. He actually raped his daughter. In order to protect the second sister and prevent her from marrying into such a family, the mother insisted on quitting the marriage, but the man's father refused to give up.
One day, without us knowing it, the man's father, the demon, actually approached us crazily with a nearly 30 cm pig-killing knife, and was about to chop us. At that time, there was only my mother, my third sister and I. My third sister was already old and could jump out of the window by myself. My mother could only hold me to avoid it, but her eyes were ruthless. My mother was cut four times in a row, almost piercing her heart, and I was almost cut through my throat. I have to make money, become strong, let my family live a happy life, and let our female family no longer be bullied. This is my simplest and direct wish. After graduation, my first job in my life was to be a nanny. Later, I worked as a worker in the factory for a while, and finally went to Beijing alone to look for development opportunities.

But society is cruel, reality is very skinny, how easy is it to work hard in Beijing without money, education, or background? So I had to be a nanny again, but this was also the beginning of the first turning point in my life.
In that family, I was responsible for picking up and dropping off two children to and from school and tutoring them for homework. The employer's family is in very good condition, and I live a good life in their family, but at that time, I thought about how to make the whole family live like this? When will we bring our mothers and sisters to Beijing?
I often feel a little depressed because of this. After the boss learned the details, he said something to me, and this sentence completely awakened me!
He said: By doing this as a nanny, you will never be able to bring your family to Beijing in your entire life. You must have a skill.
Later, at his suggestion, I went to Tsinghua Academy of Fine Arts to study in , majoring in photography training. In a few years, I have never stopped. I gritted my teeth to complete my studies, while working against the social clock.

In 2003, when I was recuperating, I went to Hebei and started my first business.
At that time, I spent 20,000 yuan to open a home accessories store and took half a year to operate the store. But the profit is very weak. If wants the whole family to live a good life, the speed of this is far from enough. So I thought about it over and over again and finally decided to go south and hand over the store to my family to take care of it. I ran to Yiwu, Zhejiang alone to look for opportunities to start a new business.
At the beginning, I chose to be a foreign trade follower. In three months, I accumulated a lot of customer resources. So, I soon started my second business in Yiwu - running a small commodity foreign trade business. The business was pretty good, and I was doing well, and I made money.
That was the first time I felt that I had bet on the right treasure, but I was not lucky and had a bad life! The bizarre thing happened to me again.
One of my big customers came overnight and died in a car accident. I also went bankrupt overnight because I couldn't even get the payment back. I lost all my money and returned to my family and locked myself at home. I didn't go out for several months.
This time I was completely desperate. Why do others do everything smoothly, but what I do is full of twists and turns? I kept asking such questions in my heart, but when I woke up, I realized that these are actually gifts in my life. Without these experiences, there would be no me who would be later.
Later I also figured it out. There was actually a reason for the failure of this business, because I didn’t understand the law and didn’t know how to sign a contract with the other party. If I had the awareness of this at that time, this would not have caused such a situation. Reality taught me a lot of lessons.

Life doesn’t care how many times you fall, but whether you can stand up when you fall last time.
At that time, I locked myself in the room every day and could only stare at the computer. Later, by chance, a friend asked me to go out to study together. This time I met the second noble person in my life, the teacher who was teaching on stage at that time.
At that time, I was attracted by his courses. I really wanted to sign up for his courses, but I didn’t have money in my pocket, so I changed my mind and entered the teacher’s company, starting with an ordinary employee to start . I only earn 1,000 yuan a month. My family thought I was brainwashed and thought I was cheated by pyramid schemes.
I couldn't explain to them at that time. Although there were many unpopular whispers, I knew what the result I wanted was, so I persisted in my heart for three months.
During the three months, I have been uninterrupted every day and have made 200 calls before I will give up. In addition, I have also used my previous advantages as a boss, "disguised" myself as a successful person, and went to the venue of my peers to develop customers. In this way, I have become the general manager of the Beijing branch in three months. Later, he spent another six months to become the champion general manager of the Beijing branch.

Maybe everyone is curious, why can I become the champion general manager of the branch in just 6 months?
My answer is: Those who make me suffer will make me strong, and every occurrence is the best gift.
At that time, there were three branches in Beijing. One branch followed the teacher for eight years and the other one followed the teacher for three years. I only had three months, but I surpassed them in three months. My performance was higher than the two companies combined.
But everyone thinks that I am a newcomer in the workplace and will bully me, not only robbing my customers, but also robbing my employees. That was the first time I felt what workplace bullying is.
That experience made me deeply realize that if I want to fundamentally solve this problem, I must make myself truly strong, and the best proof of becoming strong is to speak with performance!
After I figured it out, I took all my employees to sleep on the floor at the company every day, called and invited me every day, and thought of many other ways to invite me together. In this process, the best thing we did was to impress customers with sincerity.
I never remember my client’s birthday, but I will remember Mother’s Day, Father’s Day , and Children’s Day.On Mother's Day, help them buy gifts for their mothers; on Father's Day, help them buy gifts for their fathers; on Children's Day, buy gifts for their children. In this way, the client and his family like me very much, so they began to constantly refer me.

It was 2012 and the situation was very difficult. At that time, I had done all other positions in the company except finance. Finally, through personal interview selection, I successfully formed a small team of three people. Although the team is small, it quickly made a beautiful turnaround! I led everyone in the team to make money, so a popular saying started to be popular: Follow Lee Soo-hyun and you can make a lot of money! This was also the most glorious moment of my training career. At that time, my highest monthly income reached more than 840,000 yuan, and my annual income was nearly 5 million yuan.
I want to ask how I did it? That is to replace the deal with love! Every time I make a deal, I always think about how to help customers earn this tuition fee back. As it turns out, I did it, so customers will naturally be in a steady stream.

After 9 years in the teacher's company, what I gained is of course not only wealth, but more than growth and experience, and it is also the beginning of my charity journey for more than ten years.

The physical, mental and spiritual course training provided by Huang Feihong Business School is to help shop owners grow and improve. Every shop owner can participate for free, including their families, especially their children. These children have also gained speech, social skills, and expression skills through the youth class of the business school.

We operate the company like home, and the stickiness between the owner and us is also very high. In three years, our core still has zero loss. I think it's hard for a company to do this.
