This familiar Tang poem, for It is of special significance to Chen Wenjie, a non-party person from Xiangshan County, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, Xinxiang Xian, and the "Second Generation Goose".
From inheriting his father's business to creating a new world of business, from traditional goose raising to technological breeding, under the leadership of Chen Wenjie, the Xiangshan white goose industry has achieved a butterfly change and played a "song to the sky" for shared prosperity.
White goose breeding is one of the advantageous industries of Xiangshan . It is famous in China for its short growth cycle, high nutritional value and excellent economic characteristics.
Currently, Xiangshan County has a breeding capacity of 1.28 million white geese, with annual sales of 10 million young geese, and the annual output value of the entire industry chain reaching 600 million yuan.
According to Li Ling, the head of the Xiangshan County Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Station, since 2016, Xiangshan has implemented targeted assistance with the help of the white goose industry. It has now built 24 breeding goose industry assistance bases, driving 43 low-income farmers to increase their income. The annual net income reaches 200,000 yuan. "Some of them bought houses in the city, some bought cars, and some made expansion and reinvestment."

On the road to common prosperity and rushing for the exam, the Xiangshan White Goose is exerting its greatest effect. Behind it is the innovation and dedication of new farmers.
After graduating from school, Chen Wenjie inherited his father's business and found that the Xiangshan white goose breeding model at that time was relatively simple and traditional.
"If you want to get rich by raising geese, you must take the road of scale and innovation." Although the family was financially strapped at the time, under Chen Wenjie's persuasion, he and his father managed to raise money to raise 28 breeding geese.
After that, he invested all the money he earned every year into buying breeding geese, so that the number of breeding geese increased year by year. By the fourth year, he had raised 300 breeding geese, and his annual income exceeded 20,000 yuan, making him a well-known 10,000-yuan household in the village.
In 1997, Chen Wenjie fell into another bottleneck of breeding geese. "Breeding geese are generally artificially bred. Although the success rate is high, it is time-consuming, labor-intensive and costly, and the success rate of natural breeding is low."
2003 , he took the lead in applying artificial incubation technology under the guidance of the local agricultural office and set up a hatchery. This not only greatly reduced the breeding labor force, but also achieved a hatching rate of 88%.
Nowadays, when you walk into Chen Wenjie's hatchery, you can see the yellow-downed goslings in the goose box with their big round eyes open and calling out.
"One incubator can hatch 7,000 goose eggs at the same time. In 30 days, about 90% of the goose eggs can be hatched successfully." According to Chen Wenjie, these goslings all have "famous flowers and owners" and they can basically sit down within three hours after landing. Get in the truck and drive to the surrounding areas. If you have to take a plane to travel further away, you will stay for a few more hours.
's scientific breeding technology and management allowed Chen Wenjie to find a way to break through the original almost saturated breeding scale, and the number of breeding geese has once again entered the track of increasing year by year.

By adopting the "company + base + farmer" production and operation model, Chen Wenjie already owns 4 breeding bases, covering an area of more than 100 acres.
"The big white goose can not only 'lay golden eggs', but can also sing the song of common prosperity." Chen Wenjie actively plays the leading role of Xinxiang Xian, not only making the white goose industry bigger and stronger, but also driving the farmers in Xiangshan County to achieve common prosperity, so that A group of farmers with excellent breeding technology but unable to afford breeding geese have embarked on the road of large-scale breeding, successfully achieving a win-win result of "increasing farmers' income and increasing company efficiency".
In 2020, the United Front Work Department of Xiangshan County Party Committee launched the "Pomegranate Seed" White Goose Industry Project, gathering the power of non-party intellectuals such as Chen Shufang and Chen Wenjie from the county's "Tongxin Studio", relying on "experts + agricultural technicians + scientific and technological demonstration subjects + radiation "Drive" working model, using professional expertise to promote the cause of common prosperity.
This also allowed Chen Wenjie to find a new goal for career development and continue to seek cooperation with multiple parties to bring the development of White Goose industry to the next level.
Taking raising geese under orange trees as an example, Chen Wenjie cooperated with the Ningbo Academy of Agricultural Sciences to organically combine the two major industries of Xiangshan "Red Beauty" citrus and Xiangshan White Goose according to local conditions, and explore the "orange tree +" three-dimensional planting ecological cycle model to better expand space, utilize resources, and improve the overall benefits of producers.
According to Chen Wenjie, Xiangshan white geese raised under orange trees can grow to 4.5 kilograms in more than 70 days, and can be sold at least 24 yuan/kg on the market. "Excluding the cost of goose seedlings and some feed, they can be raised in two months." A goose can bring a profit of 50 yuan. "
