This morning (June 28), Qingdao ’s first professional incubator in the field of rehabilitation - Qingdao Rehabilitation Industry Incubator (R+Space) officially opened in the High-tech Zone.
Rehabilitation Incubator is committed to introducing high-tech achievements and high-level talent teams at home and abroad, creating a biomedicine and medical device industry cluster featuring health care, and helping Qingdao High-tech Zone create "China's Healthy Valley". Geng Tao, member of the Standing Committee of the Qingdao Municipal Party Committee, deputy mayor of the municipal government, and secretary of the Working Committee of Qingdao High-tech Zone, and Dong Erdan, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, deputy leader and president of the Rehabilitation University (Preparatory) Leadership Group, attended the event and delivered speeches.
According to statistics, the number of key people involved in China's rehabilitation field exceeds 450 million, and the industry scale reaches 100 billion. Qingdao has created a professional rehabilitation industry incubator, which will help accelerate local enterprises to seize the golden track of the rehabilitation industry and provide a fulcrum for our city to drive the hundreds of billions of biomedical industry through the rehabilitation industry. incubator was built by Qingdao High-tech Zone around the construction opportunity of Rehabilitation University, with the support of the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau. Qingdao's benchmark incubator - Qingdao Industrial Technology Research Institute is responsible for the operation and construction. The
incubator plans to build a nationally renowned rehabilitation professional incubator, a scientific and technological achievement transformation demonstration park, and a technological innovation highland for the rehabilitation industry within 3-5 years, and comprehensively deepen the brand building of Qingdao High-tech Zone's "China Kanggu". The Rehabilitation Industry Incubator has created the "Kangchuang 100" service brand based on 10 years of business incubation and enterprise service experience of the Municipal Industrial Research Institute, and built a complete cultivation chain from the transformation of scientific and technological achievements to the listing of enterprises, providing rehabilitation enterprises with One-stop, customized acceleration services help enterprises grow rapidly.
At the opening ceremony, the Rehabilitation Industry Incubator signed contracts with 3 strategic partners, 5 biomedicine and medical device innovation resource sharing platforms, and 5 projects to be settled, released the Rehabilitation Industry Fund and "Rehabilitation Loan" products, and built a " "Government, Industry, University and Research Funding" cooperation and docking bridge integrates multiple resources to help rehabilitation companies develop faster and better.
Built around the rehabilitation industry ecology, the Qingdao Rehabilitation Industry Innovation and Development Alliance initiated by the Rehabilitation Industry Incubator was also officially established. The alliance links more than 30 domestic and overseas universities, institutions, leading companies, medical institutions, etc. including Rehabilitation University and Qingdao Municipal Hospital. Institutions and investment institutions will further integrate industrial innovation elements to achieve innovative synergies in applied research, talent training, product development and clinical applications, and empower industrial development.
