Life originally has a lot of energy and matter, which is the formation of matter that is destroyed by thoughts (evil thoughts) that should not have.
For example: In temples in deep mountains, monks only meditate and recite scriptures all day long and many people go to the temple to give alms. For monks, these substances are produced by energy, consciousness, and mind.
For life, life is not bitter, and it will only be painful if you have too many thoughts.
