1. Reflect and examine to break through the limitations of the mind.

This kind of examination is called self-reflection in Eastern culture. I examine myself three times a day, and then I know that I can do it without any mistakes.

"Tao Te Ching" Laozi said that those who know others are wise, and those who know themselves are wise. It is important for people to have self-knowledge. This is the importance of scrutiny and reflection.

I reflect on and examine my own process, and continue to update with age, experience, and practice, and grasp the truth in the changes. This is the only meaning of reflection.

If you stick to one concept all your life, then you will always be the same and have not broken through the limitations of your mind.

Day time, place, and people are changing every moment. Today's things are different from yesterday's things. Reflection allows us to adapt to the times and adapt to changes.

2. Embrace change and go with the flow.

" Yijing " is that becomes poor and changes, and changes are clear, and is long.

If you can truly follow the laws of nature, then there is no saying that there is no end to the road and no way to go.

As long as you are good at adapting your mind, you can always find opportunities to adapt to the extreme, there is no way around the corner, and there will be another village with dark and bright flowers.

Those who truly follow the laws of heaven must be fickle. Because God changes quickly, changing the sky is like changing the face.

is fickle, which does not mean that there is no goal, but that in actual implementation, you can perceive the change and follow the trend of nature.

You can get from point A to point D to destination, and there are countless possible ways and methods in the middle, which is the infinite possibilities of the transformer.

Most people’s minds hope that the shortest line between two points, the shortest time, the least effort and investment can get the greatest benefits and returns.

The road to heaven is full of twists and turns, step by step, quantitative change and qualitative change, and progress slowly and steadily.

The law of change generally follows the following: "It is difficult to know at the beginning, two are more praise, three are more evil, four are more fear, five are more skilled, and the best is easy to know."

As long as your mind is not a stubborn, your actions are indomitable, and you can follow the trend of nature, you can persist until the moment when the situation is clear.

3. Follow intuition and do things very accurately.

entered the first service area and felt it was not suitable, so he opened it again; he entered the second service area and felt very good, so he stopped and planned to stay here for one night, but at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, something happened again and felt something was wrong, so he set off in the middle of the night; he drove until the third service area before stopping and slept until dawn.

Later I checked the map and found that the first service area was very small, there was no gas station, so I was not safe; the second service area was surrounded by cemeteries; the third service area was very large, relatively safe, and there were many cars and people who stayed overnight.

I am a person with intuition supreme . Intuition says yes, I can do it; intuition says no, it just doesn't work.My mind and logical thinking are retreating.

This allows me to reduce a lot of unnecessary trouble in work and life, because a lot of practice has verified that intuitive things are usually much more correct than the mind and mind.
