I. Origin:

It turned out that she had been living in the "file package" when she was a child.

She saw my problem and knew how to help me solve it, but because she hadn't completed the "Wisdom of Life" Level 3 course, she couldn't convince me yet. But because I love her, I choose to believe, give up all kinds of reasons and excuses, take four days to study in peace, and then come to Guangzhou alone.
2. Study:
The 82nd phase of the first-order "Wisdom of Life" course for four days and three nights, including the teacher explained in easy-to-understand language and popular humor. The meaning of "file package" teaches us to learn to analyze and find the "file package" on our body, so that we understand: "file package" is like a computer program, as long as the conditions are right, it will happen. What we ignore will be infinitely magnified over time, leaving us in a painful and unable to extricate ourselves.
Then Mr. Bao taught us what "energy" is. Energy and wealth are the same. The greater the energy, the greater the wealth. We understand how to increase energy: the first is to do a good job of family links, handle the relationship between parents and children, and let the family energy pass to us smoothly; the second is to exchange, to gain recognition and blessings by helping people around you; the third is to control yourself Don’t let negative emotions consume your energy.
Then I learned everything in exchange. According to the law of conservation of energy of , most people's energy is in the five fields of wealth, career, marriage, health, and children, and the wealth is increased by sacrificing health, marriage or children. Many people don’t understand “altruism” to improve their energy,Only when the energy continues to improve, can the above five areas have higher energy at the same time. It's that simple.

I found that I had no wisdom when I lived before.
3. Growth:
In class, we all learned to let go of the face, learn to find problems from ourselves, learn to release ourselves, learn to forgive ourselves Say "I love you"! IV. Changes and gains:
After coming back these days, I have practiced the theories taught by Mr. Bao, and my neck, shoulders, and back pains have disappeared for more than 20 years; I can calmly listen to the mother’s confession, understand the hardship and difficulty of the parents, the family relationship has eased, and everyone's mood has improved; I apologized to the child and told him: Dad has learned how to be a father today.I hope he can forgive me for my ignorance. My child suddenly burst into tears; the land disputes and debt issues that have plagued my family for several years have noble people to help; clients also come to my door at work; more importantly, my girlfriend will marry me this month.
