Recalling his past study at the predecessor of Changjiang Vocational College, , Hubei University of Economics and Management, 26 years ago, and his life experience of starting a business with his father after graduation, and gaining many honors from grassroots employees to senior management. Ouyang Qi, born in Jingdezhen in 1979, has been immersed in ceramic culture since he was a child and has a unique emotion for ceramics. In 1996, Ouyang Qi studied computer science at Hubei University of Economics and Management. While studying, he tried to start a business, open a restaurant, and sell learning materials. When he graduated from university, his entrepreneurial income reached more than 100,000 yuan.
After graduating from university in 1999, Ouyang Qi went to Sydney , Paris, London and other foreign cities to engage in ceramic culture dissemination and international economic and trade exchanges. In 2002, while traveling around the world, with the increasing contact with technological products, Ouyang Qi, who had a new understanding of the value of technological innovation, resolutely returned to his hometown and joined hands with his father to build Jingdezhen Pengfei Jiantao Co., Ltd. In recent years, the porcelain blankets produced by Jingdezhen Mingzhen Tianxia Ceramics Cultural Creative Co., Ltd. have not only entered domestic high-speed rail, airport waiting room and well-known cultural venues, but are also exported to Europe, America and Southeast Asia. Due to his outstanding contributions, in recent years, Ouyang Qi has personally won the honors of National May 1st Labor Medal , the first Jiangxi Provincial Innovation Winning Award and other honors.
Ouyang Qi recalled the difficult moments of the company in his speech. The family business was once facing bankruptcy, and his father unfortunately suffered from cancer, and the company that had just started its business was in turmoil. Soon, my father left with hatred. When talking about the past, Ouyang Qi choked up and tears were in his eyes. Fortunately, when he met a noble person, he realized that being honest is more important than face, and survival is more important than development. With everyone's concern and help, enterprises get out of the haze. On October 1, 2019, at the conference to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China in Beijing, the Jiangxi float attracted attention. On Jiangxi floats, the "Famous Town Rhododendron Art Blue and White Porcelain Blanket" developed and produced by the company made a stunning debut, allowing more people to realize that the world-famous ceramic culture is emitting new brilliance.
He encouraged his juniors to achieve self-value through learning, always be grateful, grasp the present, and constantly find their true selves.
