Journal of Ginseng Research (JGR) (ISSN: 1226-8453) is the official publication of Korean Society of Ginseng . This journal focuses on publishing basic, preclinical and clinical research content related to ginseng.

2. Editorial Team
The editorial board of the Journal of Ginseng Research is composed of 51 members from 8 countries and regions. The chief editor is Professor Jong-Hoon Kim from Jeonbuk National University in South Korea, and the deputy editor is Professor Yoon Seok Roh from Chungbuk National University. Journal of Ginseng Research is the official open access journal of the Korean Society of Ginseng . This bimonthly publication publishes peer-reviewed, high-quality basic, preclinical and clinical research content related to ginseng.
Journal of Ginseng Research publishes papers, both experimental and theoretical, that advance our scientific understanding of ginseng, including botany, biology, chemistry, pharmacology, toxicology, pharmacokinetics, veterinary medicine, biochemistry, manufacturing, and ginseng-related clinical research since 1976. In addition, this publication covers new paradigms in comprehensive research covering alternative medical approaches. Article types include reviews, original research articles, and brief reports.
