Yangzhou University Guangling College is located in Yangzhou, one of the first batch of historical and cultural cities in the country. Those who have graduated from overseas (overseas) teaching and research institutions during the same period of study shall register as fresh graduates. (2) Online confirmation
1. Applicants can go to the registration website to check whether they have passed the preliminary qualification review 24 hours after submitting the registration information online (extension during holidays);
2. This open recruitment charges a written test fee of 100 yuan per applicant. Applicants who pass the preliminary qualification review successfully register and pay the fee, which will not be refunded;

(4) Registration Notes

2. Member of the Communist Party of China (including probationary members of the Communist Party of China) ) must be certified by the college-level party committee; the major student cadre experience at the college level must be certified by the college party committee; the major student cadre experience at the school level must be certified by the school youth league committee and the student management department. The certificate must clearly indicate the position and the start and end of the position (specifically the month); the work experience of universities and enterprises and institutions must be certified by the human resources department of the unit where the job is held. 3. Assessment methods, time and implementation methods

(3) Written test: The content of the written test is combined with the job requirements of the recruitment position, and tests the basic theories, basic knowledge and basic application abilities required for the work of college counselors. A score of 60% in the written test is considered qualified (total score is 100 points).Among those who pass the written test, candidates for the psychological test and interview will be determined from high to low in a ratio of 1:5 based on the ranking of the written test results. (4) Qualification review: After the written test results are announced and before the interview, the qualifications of the relevant candidates who passed the written test will be reviewed. (5) Psychological test: It mainly tests the mental health status and quality ability of the candidates in the form of online answering questions. The psychological test is an examination item and is not included in the total score.
(6) Interview: The interview adopts a structured method and mainly tests the professional knowledge, business ability and comprehensive quality required to perform the job responsibilities. An interview score of 60 points is considered qualified (total score is 100 points). Applicants with scores lower than 60 points will not be hired. The interview results will be notified to the candidates on the spot.
(7) Total score: The total score of the applicant's assessment is calculated based on the percentage system. Total score = written test score × 40% + interview score × 60%. Written test scores, interview scores, and total test scores are calculated to two decimal places, and the remainder is rounded off.
(8) All recruitment work from the deadline for registration to the announcement of the list of candidates to be hired will generally be completed within 50 working days. 4. Physical examination and inspection
(1) After the examination, according to the ratio of 1:1 to the number of people to be recruited for the recruitment position, the candidates who will participate in the physical examination will be determined from high scores to low scores among those who have passed the interview. In the event of a tie in total scores, the candidate with the higher score in the interview will be given priority. 5. Announcement and Recruitment

The content of the announcement includes the position number, recruiting unit, position name, name of the person to be hired, current work or study unit, various results of the recruitment examination, total score, ranking, supervision and reporting phone number, etc. If the results of the public announcement affect the recruitment, or if the candidate to be hired explicitly gives up, or if the position is vacant due to other reasons, those who have passed the assessment will participate in the public announcement in descending order from the highest score to the lowest score.In the event of a tie in total scores, the candidate with the higher score in the interview will be given priority.
(2) For those who have no objection to the announcement, Guangling College of Yangzhou University will handle the relevant employment procedures and sign an employment contract with them. The probation period for first-time employees is 3 months, and the probation period for other employees is 1 month. After the probation period expires, those who meet the conditions after assessment will continue to be employed in accordance with relevant regulations on job management; those who fail to pass the assessment will have their employment qualifications revoked and the employment relationship terminated. The personnel to be hired sign an employment contract with the school. Unless the employment contract is terminated in accordance with the law and regulations, once hired, they must serve as a counselor in the school for more than 5 years (including the probation period). During the service period, they are not allowed to be transferred or exchanged to non-counselor positions within the school.
(3) If the employee fails to sign an employment contract with the employer within 30 days after the employment approval, or the employee cannot provide proof of termination of the relationship with the original employer, the employment qualification will be cancelled.
