From November 30 to December 2, the finals of the 2022 National Vocational School Skills Competition secondary vocational school class teacher ability competition were held. National Vocational College Skills Competition and Secondary Vocational School Class Teacher Ability Competition is the highest-level and largest competition in the field of vocational education class teacher professional abilities hosted by the Ministry of Education. In the 2022 National Vocational College Skills Competition, Secondary Vocational School Class Teacher Ability Competition, 239 teachers from various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps and cities under separate state planning participated in the competition. After passing the preliminary evaluation by the Executive Committee, a total of 72 contestants were shortlisted for the finals. The finals were conducted using the method of "limited themes, self-selected scenes, offline implementation, video recording, time-limited submission, and online review". Han Rui said that the provincial secondary vocational ethics center and the Zhongshan Class Teacher Professional Development Research Center provided a lot of specific guidance. From carefully studying documents, learning theoretical knowledge, collecting and organizing information, to theoretical sublimation, sorting and summarizing, and writing manuscripts. Every detail requires sitting quietly and meditating, turning thoughts into writing. However, this process is exactly the process of a young teacher "cultivating his inner strength".
Under the guidance and guidance of provincial and municipal experts and school senior colleagues, Han Rui learned more theoretical knowledge about moral education in depth, and read books such as "Being a "Hard-Core" Class Teacher in the New Era", "Class Management", "Design and Implementation of a Series of Theme Class Meetings for Three Years in Secondary Vocational Schools", and "voraciously" read nearly 100,000 words of learning materials. "During the preparation stage, I saw the tranquility of the campus in the early morning and the morning glow outside my home window many times." Han Rui said with a smile.
