In recent years, Lanzhou City has coordinated and taken multiple measures to organize the constitution to enter the campus and come to young people, creating a strong atmosphere of learning, respecting and promoting the constitution, and continuously enhancing young people's political, ideological and emotional identification with the constitution.
Opens a rule of law course with the Constitution as the core
compiles school-based teaching materials for rule of law education, and develops an electronic law school-based textbook "Our Festivals and Law Walking with the Law", forming a framework for the rule of law courses in primary and secondary schools that combines national, local and school-based courses and online courses as supplements. Constitutional learning, as the core content of school rule of law education, has become a "compulsory course" to shape the spirit of the rule of law among young people and cultivate the awareness of rules among young people. The coverage rate of hiring vice principals of law in primary and secondary schools across the city has reached 100%. The "first lesson of the school year" of vice principals of law is deeply loved by teachers and students. The government and school jointly built a solid line of defense for young people to grow up happily.
extensively carry out constitutional publicity and education activities
Continuously organizes the theme activities of "Constitution into Schools", organizes primary and secondary school students across the city to participate in the national "Learn the Constitution and Talk about the Constitution" online learning and "Little Guardian of the Constitution" activities, and holds a series of activities such as "Morning Reading of the Constitution" and "Speech under the National Flag of the Constitution" to set off a wave of constitutional learning on campus, enhances the constitutional awareness of young people, and cultivates a fertile ground for young people's growth. In the "National Youth Learning the Constitution and Talking about the Constitution" activity, more than 135,000 students in the city actively participated and won the title of "Little Guardian of the Constitution". Carry out the special legal publicity activity of "Fa Run Yellow River Youth", use online media platforms to widely carry out constitutional and legal publicity, continuously enhance young people's political, ideological and emotional identification with the Constitution, and encourage young people to become loyal advocates, conscious abides and firm defenders of the Constitution. In 2022, schools at all levels and types across the city carried out more than 500 legal publicity activities.
Strengthen the construction of youth rule of law propaganda positions
Lanzhou has launched the construction project of "Rule of Law Hundred Schools" and has built 9 "Lanzhou Youth Rule of Law Education Base", 100 municipal "School Rule of Law Demonstration Schools" and 1 "College Student Rule of Law Demonstration Base".
