In order to deepen provincial-school cooperation and further promote employment of graduates from colleges and universities with difficulties in employment, in recent years, Wenxi County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau has continued to strengthen employment priority policies, continuously increase employment assistance and assistance, implement classified policies, precise assistance and considerate services, so that colleges and universities with difficulties in employment can find employment.
Wenxi County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will place zero-employment families , families with registered poverty-stricken families, rural poor families who go to school by borrowing loans, and college graduates with disabilities as key assistance targets, and place them through public welfare positions, and employers who actively develop public welfare positions to recruit college graduates with employment difficulties, and provide public welfare positions and social insurance subsidies to employers who actively develop public welfare positions to recruit college graduates with employment difficulties. Since the beginning of this year, a total of 60 college graduates with employment difficulties from 44 universities inside and outside the province have been placed in public welfare positions such as township and community public employment services, legal services, medical and health services, which not only improves the employment rate of college graduates in our county, but also provides strong talent support for the high-quality development of Wenxi County.
