Dongguan has issued the new "Dongguan City Industrial Development and Scientific and Technological Innovation Talent Economic Contribution Rewards" (hereinafter referred to as the "Measures"), establishes Dongguan City special funds for industrial development and scientific and technological innovation talent economic contribution rewards, and rewards innovative talents who have made outstanding contributions in industrial development and scientific and technological innovation.

It is understood that the reward standards for industrial innovation talent awards are determined based on the applicant's contribution to Dongguan's industrial development, independent innovation and other aspects in the previous year and the annual fiscal budget.
