The team boldly followed this clue, combined with the concept of the two existing types of poverty in the country and the provincial conditions of Shanxi Province, proposed the third type of poverty in which household income and expenditure in poor areas is unbalanced - quasi-expenditure-type poverty, and determined the dynamic theoretical adjustment line of "quasi-expenditure-type poverty", breaking through the standard of single-only divided residents of poor counties by annual per capita net income at that time, and proposed the principles and policies of targeted poverty alleviation from the perspective of increasing source and reducing expenditure, and successfully verified the long-term goal of basically realizing socialist modernization by 2035 through student practice. This research report finally won the first prize in the 15th "Challenge Cup" National College Students' Extracurricular Academic and Technological Works Competition. After that, the entrepreneurial projects derived from this report won the national silver medals of the " Creation Youth " and the "Internet +" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.
