In order to thoroughly implement the " double reduction " policy, implement the spirit of the new curriculum standard curriculum reform, strengthen the main function of school teaching and educating people, give full play to the demonstration and leading role of the teaching and research group, deeply promote standardized classrooms, update teachers' teaching concepts, improve teachers' teaching level, and provide teachers with a platform for learning, reference, exchange and discussion. Zhumadian No. 25 Primary School, under the arrangement and deployment of Principal Zhang Tengwen and the planning and organization of the Teaching Department, held a two-week "same course, different structure" exhibition class and listening and evaluation teaching and research activities in the fourth floor lecture hall from October 25 to November 3, 2022.
This time the teachers were selected through the "same course and different structure" selection of each grade group, showing their style to all teachers on behalf of this grade group. Our school’s leadership team and all teachers participated in the activities and carefully recorded the class. The
activity starts from the Chinese language group. The first grade Xiao Yadan "ai ei ui", the second grade Ma Fengjie "Grape Gully", the third grade Liu Bingxue "Beautiful Little Xing'anling", the fourth grade Chen Liu "Pangu Opens the World", the fifth grade Wen Pengjuan "Showing the Son", and the sixth grade Wang Xiujin "Bridge" respectively brings everyone a stunning Chinese feast. It can be seen that every teacher can take students as the main body, base himself on the new curriculum standards and carefully prepare lessons, implement large-unit teaching, and greatly improve classroom efficiency.
Mathematics Group First Grade Sun Nan "Recognizes the Clock", second Grade Li Zhen "A Preliminary Understanding of Multiplication", third Grade Zhang Sijia "A Preliminary Understanding of Fractions", fourth Grade Fu Ke "Parallel and Vertical", fifth Grade Zhang Hongmi "Cyclic Decimals", and sixth Grade Chen Mi "Mixed Fractions" are wonderful. All mathematical teachers focus on "combining learning and application", combine teaching with entertainment, and the classroom atmosphere is relaxed and active, which greatly mobilizes students' interest in learning and enhances students' self-confidence.
"Learn to know your shortcomings, teach you will know your confusion." After the exhibition class, Principal Zhang led all Chinese teachers to evaluate the class, and Li Jie, the head of the university teaching and research group, led the mathematics teacher to evaluate the class. They all analyzed the lesson examples from different angles, commented on the teachers in various aspects, affirmed their highlights, and pointed out the problems in the classroom.
Principal Zhang said in teaching and research: As a teacher, you must practice the basic teaching skills, understand the textbooks thoroughly, study the textbooks, prepare the lessons, and teach good lessons. Continuously strengthen learning, establish a sense of lifelong learning, and thus improve teaching level. All teachers should play to their strengths and avoid their weaknesses, take the essence, and continuously improve teaching methods, so as to bring the teaching quality of our school to a new level.
