1. Evaluation scope
In-service professional and technical personnel who are in front-line engineering and technology positions in provincial universities, engaged in engineering and technology-related majors, have corresponding professional and technical capabilities and levels, and conscientiously perform their job responsibilities and obligations, can apply to participate in the engineering and technology series professional title evaluation.
2. Continuing education
completed 24 hours of public required classes and 56 hours of professional courses each year from 2018 to 2022.
3. Educational qualification requirements
1. Doctoral degree. From the official employment of engineering positions, you can apply for the certification of an engineer;
2, master's degree or second bachelor's degree, after obtaining the title of assistant engineer, you will have been engaged in professional and technical work for 2 years;
3, bachelor's degree, after obtaining the title of assistant engineer, you will have been engaged in technical work for 4 years;
4, apply for applicants who later obtain the degree of bachelor's degree, you will have been an assistant engineer for at least 4 years and have been a bachelor's degree for at least 1 year;
5, after obtaining the degree of junior college degree, you will have been engaged in technical work for 4 years and have been engaged in this major for at least 10 years.
4. Performance results must meet at least 2
1. Publish 2 professional papers in publicly published journals with more influential majors;
2. Receive the third prize or above of the provincial natural science, technological invention, and scientific and technological progress award;
3. More than 41 authorized invention patents; more than 42 authorized utility model patents; more than 42 authorized utility model patents;
4. Responsible for scientific research projects or key scientific research projects;
5. Complete more than 1 provincial scientific research project;
6. Complete more than 1 large and medium-sized engineering design and production project;
7. It has undertaken projects such as technological transformation, technology introduction and innovation, equipment improvement, and industrialization of results for more than one large and medium-sized enterprises;
8. It has undertaken research, design, manufacturing, installation or debugging of more than one key products;
9. It has compiled more than one provincial and enterprise technical standards and specifications, and the standard or specification has been promulgated and implemented;
10. It has solved major key technical problems of enterprises, filled a gap in a certain technical field in the industry, or made significant improvements to technology;
11. It has served as the person in charge of medium and small projects or technical leaders, and has achieved remarkable results in improving project quality and reducing project costs.
5. Can be reviewed for professional
machinery, materials, metallurgy, electrical, electronics, information and communication, instruments and meters, control engineering , computer, automation, construction, civil engineering, water conservancy, geology, mining, oil and natural gas , textile, light industry, transportation, weapons, nuclear engineering , forestry engineering , urban and rural planning, landscape garden, environment, biology, food, safety, quality, measurement, standardization, artificial intelligence .
6. Review procedures and time
1. Application time is ended on November 3;
2. The service unit reviews whether the evaluation materials of the applicants belonging to the applicants are true and valid, and whether the supporting materials are complete, and the time is ended on November 25;
3. Comprehensive evaluation
00. Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and Education select industry experts to form an evaluation committee, and then conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the professional level of the applicants and determine the persons to be approved.
4. Public reporting of
review results will be promptly announced for no less than 5 working days on the official website of the Provincial Department of Education. After the public announcement is made, the social department will review and approval in writing.
