Finally, based on actual conditions, the expert group sorted out the distinctive highlights and existing problems from the aspects of organizational positioning, faculty, work guarantee, hardware construction, etc., and feedbacked the field inspection opinions of the Haizhu District and Zengcheng District Teacher Development Center. The expert group said that all districts should plan the construction of development centers at the regional level, pay attention to the connotation and comprehensive improvement of regional education, further establish and improve relevant functions, give full play to the platform role of teachers' professional development, and help Guangzhou's high-quality education development.
