On the morning of October 13, Heilongjiang University held a donation ceremony for the "Xiulang Chuangsuo Scholarship" in the conference room A802 of the main building. Vice President Li Zhuo, relevant persons in charge of the school office (Alumni Office), the School of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Materials, and student representatives attended the meeting. Xu Xinfeng, chairman of Anhui Xiulang New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., director Pang Yudong, director of general manager , Yang Jinrong attended the meeting in the cloud. It is understood that the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering and Materials and Anhui Xiulang New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. have signed a five-year school-enterprise cooperation agreement in August this year, reaching an intention to jointly build a dual-carbon industry college, teaching cooperation, student-industry cooperation, joint training of graduate students, scientific research cooperation, and mutual assignment of exchanges and cooperation, and carry out all-round cooperation. This time, the company once again donated funds to establish scholarships, aiming to further strengthen the construction of academia-research cooperation and collaborative education mechanisms for colleges and enterprises, and jointly cultivate high-level and innovative scientific and technological professionals who can not only master the development trends and cutting-edge technologies of science and technology, but also adapt to the needs of the transformation of the dual-carbon industry. According to the agreement, Xiulang Technology donated 300,000 yuan to the School Education Development Foundation, and targeted funding rewards to Applied Chemistry , undergraduate students in pharmaceutical engineering majors and graduate students in organic chemistry.
At the meeting, Xu Hui, dean of the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering and Materials, introduced the overall situation of the cooperation between the college and Anhui Xiulang New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. On the one hand, relying on the two advantages of applied chemistry and pharmaceutical engineering in the college, in response to the talent needs of enterprises in related fields and directions, both the school and the enterprise have built a deep production-education integration new model for synthesis of fine chemicals and synthesis of high-tech optoelectronic materials. On the other hand, relying on the chemical engineering master's degree in the college to deepen the cooperation and construction of both schools and enterprises in talent training and results transformation. By introducing senior technical personnel and senior management personnel to join the talent training process, industrial technology bottlenecks and enterprise development needs are integrated into the training of professional master's degrees, and innovative talents who can solve key technical problems for enterprises. During this period, the college selected a group of outstanding undergraduate students to practice in enterprises, and used project cooperation and other forms to motivate professional master students to directly participate in enterprise research and development work.
