Luoyang Institute of Technology Ding Chen's counselor studio is hosted by Ding Chen, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and associate professor of the School of Materials Science and Engineering. The team has a total of 9 people, with an average age of 32 years old, of which 6 have been working as counselors for more than 5 years. The studio members have won provincial or above honors many times. Among them, three members have won the Henan Provincial Counselor Quality and Ability Competition Award. Many members have professional qualifications such as National Second-level Psychological Counselor , Human Resources Manager , Global Career Planner (GCDF). The studio is committed to strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of students, promoting the establishment of a team of counselors with firm political integrity, solid style, superb professionalism, dedicated work, and relatively stable work, and promoting the professional and expert development of the counselor team.
Next step, the studio will further sort out and integrate resources inside and outside the school, focus on online ideological and political education, counselors, and students' mental health education , and finally build a complete information sharing platform and practice base for improving counselor quality, gradually build and continuously improve the "big database" for improving counselor quality, ability, and make relevant research results operational, replicable, and popularize, help improve the quality of ideological and political education for college students in the province.
