In 2022, Feng applied for a refund after confirming that his national and provincial examinations had not been "landed", but the refund application was rejected by Zhonggong Education and refused to refund for various reasons.

If Zhonggong Education secretly sets a threshold for rejecting students’ refund applications, then can students who have passed the refund review "no flaws" to receive the refund fee on time as agreed in the agreement?
The answer is no.
Complaint Qu paid 62,700 in July 2021 to purchase the agreement course of "full refund for the exam" at Zhonggong Education, and later submitted a refund application in January 2022. The staff of Zhonggong Education promised to start processing 3 to 5 working days after receiving the information, and refund the payment within 30 to 45 working days after the processing. However, as of late April this year, Qu has not received a refund for a long time. Chinese consumers then consulted Zhonggong Education online customer service on "insurance" and refund issues as students. Online customer service said that the relevant courses have "protocol classes" and "non-protocol classes", and the agreement class is a signing of an agreement, but the refund is not required. Chinese consumers tried to contact Zhonggong Education for the above complaints. After calling 400 official phone number, they were told that this contact information is only for course consultation, and they need to contact the headquarters for complaints. But unfortunately, no one answered the complaint phone number at the headquarters for a long time.
Zhonggong Education is not the first time that it is difficult to get a refund. As early as July 13, 2020, training institutions such as Beijing Zhonggong Technology Co., Ltd.
