In order to further promote the development of nursing professional in our hospital and improve the quality of clinical nursing, on the afternoon of September 29, the "2022 Nursing Teaching Arena Competition Final" was successfully held in the multi-function hall on the fourth floor of West District Hospital . The event is full of highlights, and the teaching content covers multiple specialist fields. The contestants show their magical powers and are full of excitement.

Party Secretary Li Nan, Vice President Liao Shumei and other leaders were invited to attend the competition. Feng Jiayu, Director of the Urology and Nephrology Center and Director of the Department of Urology, Yao Yuanzhang, Director of the Emergency Medicine Department, Wu Liuping, Deputy Director of the Nursing Department, Cai Guorong, Head of the General Internal Medicine Nursing Department, and Kuang Youhui, Head of Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing, were invited to serve as judges of the competition, attracting more than 200 doctors and nurses from all departments to come and observe.
This competition is divided into two stages: preliminary and finals. After 22 contestants fiercely competed, the top 10 contestants finally stood out and entered the finals.

After fierce competition, the final was finally selected for one first prize, two second prizes, three third prizes, and four excellent prizes. At the same time, the appointment letter was also given to the "First Hospital-level Nursing Operation Instructor" selected in June this year to the 14 teachers selected for the "First Nursing Operation Instructor" in June this year.
