The District Civil Affairs Bureau is sponsored by the Fujian Legal Daily, District People's Procuratorate, Jinhan She Ethnic Township People's Government, Ningde Hongshan Social Work Service Center and other units jointly hosted by many units. There was a total of 7 children from Fulei, Qiongtang Primary School, Jinhan Township, Jiaocheng District. This event invited Mr. Zhang Wenxin, a national third-level psychological counselor.

Some students' laughter can bring joy to people, some students' pictures can bring beautiful colors to people, some students' thinking can inspire people, and everyone's existence can bring love and joy to others." Teacher Zhang preached vividly. Teacher Zhang said that growth is a lonely and independent process. Children will face many growth worries, physical and psychological, but they should be allowed to be themselves and allow them to love themselves. They may be naughty or cry. That is their truest appearance, so that children can learn to be themselves.
