"Late Night Canteen" is a warm-up activity for the Chinese Nationalities Cultural Exchange Festival hosted by the Central South University of Nationalities Students' Backbone Training Camp. It is also a party for teachers, students and ethnic groups of all ethnic groups to unite and celebrate the founding of New China. The activity is to taste special food, appreciate singing and dancing performances, and interact with wishing and message, so that teachers and students can feel the customs and cultures of all parts of the country, strengthen cultural confidence, and forge a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.

Just as night fell, teachers and students who came to exchange food for food came to the square. baked naan , hand-pig rice , milk lump , glutinous rice, pot tea , milk skin mooncake, clean and cool ... The staff dressed in gorgeous ethnic costumes and arranged the prepared special food one by one. Some of the teachers and students who were waiting on the spot raised their mobile phones to take pictures, some stood on tiptoe, looking forward to the delicacies they wanted to taste, and some of the teachers and students were guessing riddles or writing blessings to the motherland.

At the beginning of the event, with the song "Building the Chinese Dream with One Heart", students from the student backbone training camp performed the opening dance performance. The cheerful songs and dances with ethnic characteristics made the atmosphere stronger. The performance of ethnic instruments such as horse-head fiddle and Tobu Xiuer brought by the student team allows the onlookers to enjoy the beauty of music, and everyone dances to the rhythm and feels the charm of music. During the improvisational performance session, six girls from Music and Dance Academy brought to you the Mongolian folk dance "Happy Shepherd", with graceful figures and light dance steps. The staff invited onlookers to dance around the bonfire to bring the atmosphere to a climax.

"I tasted Mongolian pot tea here. I thought it was sweet, but I didn't expect it to be salty tea , but it was very fragrant and had a unique flavor." Chen Yiyi from School of Economics, Central South University for Nationalities, held a small bowl full of delicious food and tasted Mongolian pot tea. This year is Hu Jiayuan, a member of the Central South University of Nationalities student backbone training camp, participated in the "Late Night Canteen" event. "I like the bonfire party most in the 'Late Night Canteen' event. Students of all ethnic groups will participate.
