1. Examination objects
Chinese citizens who have not reached the national statutory retirement age and whose household registration or residence permit is in Liaoning Province, or college students who are studying in full-time ordinary colleges and universities in the province, graduates of adult colleges and universities in the national education series, and self-study graduates (excluding current students) Students) who apply for kindergarten, primary school, junior high school, senior high school, secondary vocational school teacher qualification and secondary vocational school internship guidance teacher qualification can take the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination.
According to the "Notice of the Ministry of Education on Issuing the Implementation Plan for the Reform of Qualifying Primary and Secondary School Teachers for the Exemption from Examination for Educational Graduate Students and Publicly Funded Normal School Students" (Teacher Letter [2020] No. 5) and the "Notice of the Ministry of Education on Promoting the Reform for the Qualification of Primary and Secondary School Teachers for the Exemption from Examination for Normal College Students" "Notice" (Teacher's Letter [2022] No. 1) Education postgraduate students and normal students who meet the conditions for the examination-free recognition reform can be recognized as teachers of this subject by participating in the education and teaching ability assessment organized by the school they attend; they can also voluntarily participate in the National Middle School Primary school teacher qualification examination, apply for recognition of corresponding teacher qualifications. Candidates can consult relevant policies with their school and decide whether to apply for the National Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination based on their own circumstances. Once the registration is reviewed and confirmed and the payment is completed, there will be no refunds.
2. Application conditions
(1) Chinese citizens who have not reached the national statutory retirement age and whose household registration or residence permit is in Liaoning Province.
(2) Abide by the Constitution and laws, love education, and have good ideological and moral character.
(3) Applicants should have qualified academic qualifications stipulated in the " Teacher Law ":
. To apply for kindergarten teacher qualifications, they should have graduated from a secondary kindergarten teacher's school or above;

(4) Those whose teaching qualifications have been revoked shall not register to take the exam within five years; those who have been deprived of political rights, or have intentionally committed crimes and been subject to fixed-term imprisonment and or more criminal penalties, shall not register to take the exam.
Anyone who has participated in the teacher qualification examination and cheated will be suspended in accordance with the provisions of Article 9 of the " National Education Examination Violations Handling Measures " in the Ministry of Education Order No. 33: If there is one of the following circumstances, the student may be suspended at the same time depending on the severity of the case. 1 to 3 years of taking the exam; if the circumstances are particularly serious, you can also be suspended from participating in various national education exams for 1 to 3 years:

3. Registration method and process

The first step is to log in. The registration time is from 0:00 on September 2, 2022 to 24:00 on September 5, 2022. Candidates log in to the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination website within the specified time.
The second step is to register. Before registering for each written test of , candidates must re-register and obtain the login password for the online registration system (the account number is their ID number). When registering, candidates are required to fill in their name, select the type of certificate, fill in the certificate number and other information. After completing the registration, follow the procedure to sign the "Integrity Examination Commitment" (electronic version): promise to abide by the examination disciplines. If you violate the examination disciplines, you will be dealt with by the examination agency in accordance with the "National Education Examination Violation Treatment Measures". Then fill in personal information and upload electronic photos.
This time there is a new requirement for mobile phone numbers of candidates for registration and verification. Each mobile phone number can only be registered once, and you need to receive an SMS verification code first. If candidates cannot receive the verification code on their mobile phones, they can call the SMS service hotline for help (400-7797-255). In order to give candidates sufficient preparation time, the registration opening date is August 26.
Photo requirements:

The third step is to fill in the application form. candidates should choose the examination area based on their household registration, residence permit or student status (current students), and choose the type and subject of the academic period they apply for based on their major. The fourth step is review. candidates will wait for the Municipal Recruitment and Examination Office to complete the online review within 48 hours. If you fail the review multiple times and the reason is unknown, you can call the admissions office of the selected examination district or city.
The fifth step is to pay. After passing the online review, the deadline for online payment confirmation is 24:00 on September 8. Candidates can log in to the online registration system of the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination website (http://ntce.neea.edu.cn) again to verify the review results and Follow the system prompts to pay the exam fee online. After paying the fee, candidates can check whether the registration is successful in the online registration system. 4. Registration-related regulations and requirements
(1) Online review. Candidate information will only be reviewed online and no on-site confirmation will be organized. If the information is found to be incorrect during the review, it will be returned by the review unit. Candidates must log in to the registration system to make changes and resubmit for confirmation and review.
(2) Information correction. If the candidate himself finds that the basic information he fills in is incorrect, he can modify it on the registration website before passing the review. If candidates who have passed the review need to change their basic information (excluding the subjects they applied for), they must bring the original and copy of their ID card and go to the location designated by the Municipal Recruitment and Examination Office to make changes on site before 15:30 on September 5, 2022. The Municipal Recruitment and Examination Office will keep a copy and print out a change information form, which will be signed by the candidate himself.
(3) Exam payment. Candidates must pay the written examination fee online in accordance with regulations. The time for payment of examination fees is: September 2-8, 2022.According to the Provincial Price Bureau and the Provincial Department of Finance's "Notice on Adjusting the Fee Standards for Teacher Qualification Examinations in Our Province" (Liao Price Fa [2016] No. 6), the fee standard for participating in the national primary and secondary school teacher qualification written examination is 60 yuan/subject. Candidates who fail to pay the examination fee when registering will be deemed to have invalid registration.
(4) Print the admission ticket. After candidates complete the registration review and pay the fee as required, they can check online whether the registration is successful. Candidates who have successfully registered can download and print the admission ticket for the written examination of the Teacher Qualification Examination online from October 25 to 29, 2022, and follow the requirements on the admission ticket Go to the designated location to take the exam.
(5) Special tips. Candidates must register in person through the Teacher Qualification Examination online registration system and are responsible for the accuracy of the personal information and registration information they fill in. 5. Examination method

6. Exam subjects and time schedule

7. Other instructions
(1) Candidates can check their test results through the Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination Network (http://ntce.neea.edu.cn) during the written test score inquiry period. If candidates have objections to their test scores, they can submit a review application to the location designated by the local admissions and examination office within 5 working days after the results are announced. Overdue applications will not be accepted. The scope of review includes missed scores, wrong accumulation of scores, missed review of test questions and papers. Any issues involving the leniency and strictness of review will not be reviewed. The reexamination results are provided by the municipal examination agency. (2) The single subject score of the written examination is valid for 2 years. Only those who pass the written test in each subject can participate in the interview. (5) According to the requirements of the Ministry of Education's "Notice on Separate Coding of Public Subjects for Candidates in Music, Physical Education, and Art Majors in the Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination" (Teacher's Letter [2017] No. 34). Starting from the examination in the second half of 2017, the public subjects one and two (subject codes: 201, 202, 301, 302) of the written examination for candidates majoring in music, physical education, and art will be separately coded (corresponding subject codes: 201A, 202A, 301A, 302A), the test content is temporarily the same as the original subject.
