In order to support the national strategy of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area , and build a first-class bay area and world-class urban agglomeration with vibrant and international competitiveness, Tsinghua University School of Public Administration and Tsinghua University Shenzhen International Graduate School specially set up a master's degree in public administration (MPA dual certificate) Greater Bay Area direction graduate training project to cultivate public management professionals who serve the implementation of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area strategy in the new era.

4. Special courses
This project's special courses include core courses recommended by the National MPA Teaching and Guiding Committee, as well as courses such as "Global Practice of Bay Area Development", "Theory and Practice of the Construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area", "Hong Kong Public Administration", "Hong Kong Politics and Basic Law", "Hong Kong Greater Bay Area Development High-end Lecture Hall" and other directions set up in accordance with the "Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area".
5. Learning method
class location is Tsinghua University headquarters and Tsinghua University Shenzhen International Graduate School. Year of study: 2.5-4 years, the course study has two academic years (4 semesters), and the learning methods include the following two types:
1. The first academic year is in segmented centralized classes: that is, it is concentrated once in the headquarters of Tsinghua University every semester, and each study is about 6 weeks.
2. The second academic year is weekend classes: that is, classes are held at the Shenzhen International Graduate School of Tsinghua University on every semester.
6. Tuition and Scholarship
Tsinghua University Master of Public Administration (MPA) tuition fee is RMB 99,000. The fees can be paid in one time when registration is registered in the first academic year; or half each will be paid in two batches when reporting in the first and second academic years.
The School of Public Administration has established MPA freshman scholarships and scholarships.
7. Certificate award
In accordance with the relevant regulations on academic record management and degree awarding of Tsinghua University, complete the contents of the training plan, pass the thesis defense, and pass the degree committee review and approval, Tsinghua University's Master of Public Administration (MPA) graduation certificate and degree certificate.
