Victim: After chatting with him, he told me that there is a channel that can help students who do not have satisfactory scores in the college entrance examination or who do not need to take the college entrance examination to study in a certain university. Since my own grades are not very satisfactory, after hearing what he said, I I was a little excited, so I transferred the 12,800 yuan registration fee to "Tang". He returned 2,000 yuan to me that day. A few days later, I told my classmate Feng the news.
Subsequently, Su’s classmate Feng also transferred the so-called registration fee to a person with the online name “Tang”. When they did not receive the " admission notice ", they discovered that their phone number had been blocked by someone with the online name "Tang", so they chose to call the police.
Yunnan Pu'er Border Management Detachment Police: We conducted comprehensive research and judgment through the information provided by two people and found that the man whose online name is "Tang" matches the information of Chen who lives in Kunming City, Yunnan Province, and is suspected of committing a major crime.
The police later arrested the man whose online name was "Tang" in Kunming.
Yunnan Pu'er Border Management Detachment Police: After interrogation, we found that the man whose online name is "Tang" is surnamed Chen. He is mainly responsible for finding students. The real person behind the scenes who instigated and collected fees was the suspect Yi Mou.
Subsequently, the police found clues to identify Yi from several enrollment flyers, and arrested him in his rental house. They found forged seals, work permits and other crime tools on the spot, as well as more than 1,600 false enrollment brochures.
After interrogation, the criminal suspect Yi confessed to his fraud. Currently, the case is under further processing.
