"Be a warm ideological and political teacher" is the motto of Lu Binghui, professor of Anhui Normal University. After sticking to the ideological and political course podium for 30 years, he has turned ideological and political courses into "faith courses" and "life courses" that are popular among students, and is committed to solving the problem of "low-head-raising rate" for students in ideological and political courses.
"When I first entered university, I was carrying an old suitcase, with joy and confusion. Today's freshman in college is like walking into the supermarket with an empty basket. He will be moved when he sees a wide range of items. If he is not sure what he is going to college, he may not find the motivation to move forward and fall into the confusion of choice."
A few days ago, as the "most beautiful ideological and political teacher" in the country, Lu Binghui used vivid metaphors to describe the college students in his eyes in "The First Lesson of Ideology and Political Science".

When I first went to college, Lu Binghui, who grew up in the countryside, was very confused about life and ideals. In the "Philosophy of Life" class of Qian Guangrong, an outstanding teacher in the country, he was attracted by Teacher Qian's easy-to-understand and easy-to-understand narrative. In the end, he became a class representative and decided to work hard to be a better self.
"I am studying Chinese, and Chinese literature emphasizes 'literature to carry the way'. But many students pursue 'literature' too much and ignore the 'Tao'." In 1991, Lu Binghui, who was a junior, founded the student club "Student Moral Education Research Association", advocating students to explore the "Tao" and "morality" in spiritual space and traditional culture.
"Youths are generally confused about ideologically. I have conducted an essay contest in my freshman class, and the results show that 70% of students are not clear about their goals and pursuits after going to college." In 1992, Lu Binghui graduated and stayed at school to serve as a teacher in ideological and political courses. He founded the ideological and political column "Binghui Man Talk" based on the activities of the Democratic Education Research Association, which made students write confusion, and he answered "the right medicine" with the answer.
"I failed in love, frustrated in finding a job, and my friends were in trouble with each other, what should I do?" In the drawer of Lu Binghui's office, there were "baby" that he had treasured for many years - a stack of "problem books" on the backdrop of newspapers, and small notes recording students' problems were posted on each page. Opening this "book" is the topic of study, love, ideals and other concern that students are most concerned about and confused about back then.
30 years, "Binghui Man Talk" has started more than 350 lectures, and has answered more than 200,000 words of student questions in total.
Some students reported that they could not get along well with their parents during the epidemic. Lu Binghui held online chats on the themes of "Growing up in the Fight against the Epidemic" and "Mother, what do I love you" through online meetings. "Binghui Animation Talk" has become the most popular ideological and political course for students at Anhui Normal University. You need to make an appointment in advance when attending lectures. Lu Binghui stood for more than 5 hours for the longest event.
Lu Binghui found that some students had snacks, play with their mobile phones, and watch movies during class, and their cultural cultivation was "malnutrition". In addition, some students have weak willpower. He has held the "Cultural Journey" Youth Travel for many years, and has trained students' will quality by cycling or hiking. The total itinerary is nearly 10,000 kilometers.
"Cultural hardship is a painful practice, which improves psychological endurance through challenges to physiological limits. Through observation of phenomena along the way, we can achieve the goal of understanding and reflection on culture and improving cultural literacy." He took great pains to consider what route to take, which regions and cultural attractions to be inspected. Luo Qing, a master's graduate of
, is a beneficiary of the "cultural hardship". Around October 2013, he was impetuous and couldn't read the books. Under the guidance of Teacher Lu, he and eight other students formed the "University Imprint and Cultural Journey". They passed through cultural enrichment places such as Wuhu , Ma'anshan , Tongling , and finally arrived at Chizhou , and completed the hike for more than 200 kilometers. It was this journey that made him start thinking about life again and calibrate his direction.

htmlCao Keliang, born in80, was a student when Lu Binghui was a counselor. He once lagged behind in his grades, skipped classes and played cards. Lu Binghui sighed: "There are no students who cannot teach well, only teachers who cannot teach. The closer the heart is to the student’s heart, the more convincing your views and behaviors will be. "
Whenever I have time, Lu Binghui will talk to Xiao Cao about his ideals and encourage him to study hard. When he learned that Cao Keliang's family was in a difficult situation, Lu Binghui found the school assistant to help him solve his life problems.
When he was about to graduate from undergraduate studies, Cao Keliang suddenly found Lu Binghui: "Teacher, I am preparing to take the postgraduate entrance examination! "This almost made Lu Binghui cry. After graduating from graduate school, Cao Keliang became a teacher of ideological and political courses at China University of Metrology. He imitated "Binghui Man Talk" and launched "Keliang Man Talk" among students. He proudly said many times, "All explorations are for the purpose of giving good ideological and political courses with confidence."
In recent years, Lu Binghui observed that in ideological and political classes, there are situations where teachers "talk themselves" and there are few channels for communication between teachers and students. It is often one course in a semester and one class a week. He began to appeal on different occasions, Ideological and political commissars are set up in college classes to help teachers understand students' learning, life, and ideological trends in a timely manner, build a bridge for teachers of ideological and political courses to enter students, make classroom teaching closer to the thoughts and life of college students, and convey the "hidden value" of ideological and political education through peer education.
Since teaching, Lu Binghui has won the honorary titles of the most beautiful ideological and political course teacher, the national model of teacher ethics, and the National Outstanding Communist Party Member . He said: "Simple theoretical preaching often cannot solve problems. Be good friends of students and give them warm companionship. In ideological and political classes, students are willing to raise their heads so that they can walk steadily on their life. ”
