The students also started a new semester in the autumn breeze, and grew vigorously with the sound of rhymes of books. At the same time, the "first legal class" of autumn also followed the steps of autumn as scheduled.
In order to thoroughly implement the requirements of the Supreme People's Procuratorate's special activity "Procuratorial loves to walk together and protects the future together", effectively enhance the concept of the rule of law among young people, improve students' legal awareness and self-protection and prevention capabilities, and guide them to become sunny teenagers who know, abide by the law, and walk with the law. On the afternoon of September 28, 2022, Yang Xinya, vice principal of the rule of law at Xiyuanzi Primary School and director of the First Procuratorate of Dingbian County People's Procuratorate, brought a vivid rule of law class to the students with the theme of "Knowing the Law, Abide by the Law, and Walking with the Law". During the lecture, Vice Principal Yang Xinya, based on the students' age characteristics and cognitive characteristics, introduced the " Civil Code of the People's Republic of China" from a song " Qingming " by Du Mu , and vividly explained the relevant legal knowledge to the students. And through on-site interactive Q&A, students will be popularized and other related legal knowledge such as the revised "Law of the People's Republic of China on Protection of Minors", "Law of Preventing Minors' Crimes " and "Law of the Road Traffic Safety Law of ". The atmosphere of the entire event was active, and students were very enthusiastic about participating. They integrated legal knowledge into actual life, so that students not only understood how to use the weapons of the law to protect their legitimate rights and interests, but also made up for the shortcomings of students' legal knowledge and understood the serious consequences of illegal crimes. At the same time, Vice Principal Yang Xinya advocated that students should consciously resist bad behaviors and say no to illegal and criminal behaviors! We should actively promote the law to our family and relatives and friends, so that the sunshine of the law can be spread into everyone's heart.
