Every day, I take the first bus to school. On Saturdays, other Tibet teachers have classes, and I will accompany them to school. Due to sick leave, living in villages, etc., there was a serious shortage of teachers in the history, biology and other subjects of the junior high school. I mobilized the teachers of Chinese, mathematics, physics and other subjects among the Tibetan aid teachers to take charge of the history, biology and other subjects of the first and second grades. In the special period when there was a shortage of teachers, I also took on the teaching tasks of history and biology courses, ensuring the smooth development of teaching in the junior high school. I compiled a separate curriculum schedule for teachers in aid of Tibet, and made statistics on each teacher’s class, morning and evening reading and main class time, total class hours, and other information, so as to facilitate the arrangement, adjustment, and optimization of the curriculum for teachers in aid of Tibet. I combined the working methods in Shanghai schools with the characteristics of students in Tibetan schools to build the own mental health education curriculum and work system of Shanghai Experimental School in Shigatse. Using the time in the eighth-grade activity class, I tried to teach psychology classes in Class 8 (6), choosing psychological class content suitable for Tibetan children. As the high school entrance examination is approaching, the test anxiety and study weariness of the third-grade students have increased. Based on the actual situation of the students, I organized lectures on pre-examination psychological adjustment to enhance students' self-confidence in the high school entrance examination, and also taught them how to deal with simple psychological problems. The students' enthusiastic response also strengthened my determination to establish a school mental health education system.Therefore, I set up mental health education courses in the junior high school, and built a special lecture for students, individual consultation and psychological work training system for class teachers; established student mental health files; established a school psychological crisis intervention system to conduct psychological diagnosis for all students in the school, which will exist Registration of psychologically abnormal students. Focus on informatization construction and improve teaching quality

Based on the information management experience in Shanghai, I adopted a construction policy of focusing on both hardware and software to comprehensively improve the informatization level of Shanghai Experimental School in Shigatse City. In terms of
