Singapore
Starting from April 26, 2022, short-term travelers who have completed vaccination 2 weeks before entering the country no longer need to apply for an "Air Travel Pass" (ATP) or entry permit, and it is no longer compulsory to purchase travel insurance ( Travel insurance is still encouraged) and proof of a negative test before boarding is not required.
Short-term travelers only need to show proof of vaccination. They are exempt from testing and quarantine after entering Singapore, and can move around freely.

Canada
opens borders to international students; you need to complete the ArriveCan APP in advance and upload the new crown vaccine Injection records.
