There are currently 247 childcare institutions in Chengguan District, covering government-run kindergartens, enterprise-run kindergartens, private kindergartens and street care centers. The inclusive childcare institutions account for 95.02% of the children in the kindergarten. A government-run kindergarten has formed. The development pattern is guided by kindergartens, supplemented by kindergartens run by enterprises and institutions, and privately run childcare institutions as the main body. Any unapproved and registered child care institutions are not allowed to enroll students.
