In order to further let school students understand the knowledge of environmental protection, energy conservation and low carbon, and cultivate students' awareness of environmental protection, Feixi County Ecological Environment Branch actively organizes activities to bring environmental protection knowledge to campus.

On the afternoon of June 28, the environmental protection knowledge volunteer service promotion event came to Feixi Fengle Middle School. Volunteers from the Feixi County Ecological Environment Branch gave professional explanations on environmental protection knowledge. More than 40 teachers and students from the school listened to the presentation. In the

activity, volunteers used real-life examples, videos, pictures and texts to explain to students in a simple and easy-to-understand way what energy conservation and emission reduction are, what renewable resources are, how to classify domestic waste and other environmental protection knowledge, and set up question and answer sessions. Interactive communication with students is carried out in links and games to educate students to consciously participate in garbage classification and contribute to a better home. The children interact enthusiastically and are highly motivated to participate.

The successful holding of this lecture not only enabled students to understand more environmental protection knowledge, but also mobilized students' enthusiasm for participating in environmental protection activities, further enhanced the awareness of garbage classification among teachers and students in the school, and enhanced the concept of ecological environmental protection. In the future, the school will strictly follow the principles of “strong classification, full coverage, and strict assessment” to promote domestic waste classification and form a long-term mechanism to jointly create a beautiful campus environment.
