From June 27th to June 29th, the Procuratorate and Procuratorate training in the same classroom on the pilot compliance reform of enterprises involved in the case, organized by the Gansu Provincial Procuratorate and the Provincial Lawyers Association, was successfully held at the Gansu Branch of the National Procuratorate College. The training course invited practical and theoretical experts, scholars and well-known lawyers from the Fourth Procuratorate of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, Renmin University of China, Lanzhou University, Beijing, Shanghai and other places to conduct research on the reform progress and hot issues of the enterprises involved, and ISO37301 integration. Special lectures were given on the requirements and use of regulatory management systems, the construction and improvement of corporate compliance systems in the context of optimizing the business environment, and key and difficult issues in practice to help students understand the spirit of reform policies and resolve confusion in case handling. The training class also conducted special discussions in groups based on hot issues in corporate compliance theory and practice to improve the quality and effectiveness of the training.
