II. Identification conditions

(3) Meet one of the following conditions:
1. Take the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination and obtain the "primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination certificate" within the specified period of validity. According to the “Explanation of the Ministry of Education Examination Center on Postponing Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examinations in the First Half of 2020 to the Second Half of the Year”, the “Chinese Certificate of Qualification Examination for Primary School Teachers",The validity period is extended by 1 year. 2. Full-time normal college teachers and full-time masters of education enrolled before 2015 (inclusive) can be issued according to the "Henan Provincial Department of Education's issue "Henan Province Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination and Regular Registration System Reform Implementation Plan (Trial)>Notice" (Teaching Person [2015] No. 501) requires implementation, and it is required to apply for the recognition of teacher qualifications corresponding to the majors studied.
3. In accordance with the "Notice of the Ministry of Education on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan for the Reform of the Exemption of Educational Postgraduates and Public-funded Normal Students" (Teacher's Letter [2020] No. 5), the education category Higher education institutions for graduate students and publicly-funded normal students can participate in the examination-free certification reform from 2021. (4) Putonghua requirement: Putonghua should reach the standard of “Putonghua Proficiency Test Grade Standard” promulgated by National Language and Writing Committee Level 2 and above.
(5) Medical examination requirements: Meet the "Physical Examination Standards for Teacher Qualification Applicants in Henan Province" (can be inquired from Henan Teacher Qualification Network (jszg.haedu.gov.cn)).
According to the "Teacher Qualifications Regulations", who falsified or defrauded teachers' qualifications shall be revoked by the education administrative department of the people's government at or above the county level.It is not allowed to reapply for the recognition of teacher qualification within 5 years from the date of revocation, and the teacher qualification certificate shall be collected by the education administrative department of the people's government at or above the county level. 5. On-site confirmation preparation materials

(6) The original "Physical Examination Form for Applicants for Teacher Qualification in Henan Province" issued by the designated hospital by the accreditation agency.

(7) One recent unheaded frontal one-inch color white background ID photo (upload format is JPG/JPEG format, no more than 200K. (9) Residents of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan are required to submit a non-criminal record certificate issued by the relevant departments of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan. The above required materials are all originals. When the applicant applies online, the China Teacher Qualification Network has verified the academic qualifications, examination qualification certificate, teacher professional ability certificate of normal students, and Putonghua proficiency test grade certificate.There is no need to submit the original for on-site confirmation. If the materials submitted by the applicant are incomplete or do not meet the requirements, they shall be supplemented before the termination of the acceptance period.
6. Other precautions
(1) Teacher qualification accreditation agencies at all levels should take the overall planning of the city’s work and take effective measures and requirements for epidemic prevention and control.
