It is rumored that Canon will release an EOS R8 mirrorless camera at this CP+ exhibition.
It is understood that Canon EOS R8 will be an APS-C format mirrorless camera, and will be positioned as a product between EOS R7 and EOS R10, while CMOS is the same model of EOS R10, which is 24.2 million pixels, and the appearance of the body will also change, and it may adopt a new flip screen design.
Judging from the above information, EOS R8 may be a product with configuration performance close to EOS R7 but using EOS R10 image processor. It may support 4K60P video format, and the possibility of supporting body anti-shake cannot be ruled out. Since Canon’s current mirrorless cameras all support 180° flip-up screens, the EOS R8’s flip-up screen may be similar to the early folding screens of the Sony A7 series, or it may be similar to the three-way flip screen of the Sony A7R5.
