There are two ways to retrieve the password here. The first is to retrieve the password by swiping your face, and the second is to retrieve the password by verifying the bank card information. If you have bound your real-name information, we can choose to scan your face to retrieve it. If you have bound a bank card, we can also verify the bank card information to retrieve it.
Here we choose to use face recognition to retrieve it. We open it. When using face recognition verification, be sure to operate it for yourself, and then we click "Verify" below. Another thing to note here is that we must operate according to the prompts on the page. If you are asked to blink, just blink, then keep the posture unchanged, and face the screen for face verification.
After the face verification is passed, we can set a new payment password here.
The second one is that I have forgotten my Alipay payment password. What should I do? We open Alipay, click "My" below, and pay attention to the circular settings button on the upper right!
Let's open it and notice that there is an "Account and Security" below. We click on it again, and then there is a "Payment Password" below!
Let's open it again. Do you remember the payment password of the account? If it is true that we have forgotten or cannot remember, we can click "Don't remember" below.
For the security of your account, you need to use face verification to verify your identity. We click "Start Face Verification" below, but one thing everyone should pay attention to here is that you must follow the prompts on the page. After the face verification is passed, set a six-digit payment password here and it will be OK!
But one thing to note is that the payment password cannot be repeated, or six ones, or six sixes. This is not acceptable. There are also consecutive numbers, such as 123456, which are not acceptable. You can set a new payment password and it will be OK. Isn't it too simple? Have you learned it?
