Star Shuier (002860.SZ) announced on the evening of September 15 that the company's subsidiary Zhejiang Special Motor Co., Ltd. ("Zhe Special Motor") and Shenzhen BYD Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. ("BYD Supply Chain Company") signed the "General Rules for Productive Material Procurement" on September 15, 2022 on cooperation between the two parties.
It is reported that the general rules consist of five parts: "Main Agreement", "Productive Material Quality Agreement", "Productive Material After-sales Service Agreement", "Supplier PCN Control Specifications", and " Corporate Social Responsibility ", which are the basic terms for BYD Supply Chain Company to sign a procurement contract with Zhejiang Special Motor. BYD Supply Chain Company will purchase stator cores, rotor cores, motors and other products from Zhejiang Special Motors. The specific procurement products and models, procurement volume, procurement prices, etc. shall be subject to the separate procurement contract/order signed by both parties.
Xingshuer's main business is to develop, produce and sell various types of refrigeration compressor thermal protector , starter , sealed wiring posts, temperature controller for small household appliances, small and medium-sized and micro motor products, and photovoltaic module products. In the future, the company will focus on entering the photovoltaic field. The product of Xingshuaier's subsidiary Zhejiang Electric Motor is a new energy vehicle air conditioning compressor motor.
