For electric vehicles, the power battery module is the heart of the entire power system. However, because the current mainstream lithium-ion battery packs will face aging and decline problems, the charge and discharge efficiency is not as good as expected. Under normal circumstances, the service life is about In 8 to 10 years, the battery's storage capacity and charging and discharging efficiency will not be able to cope with electric vehicles weighing close to 2 tons, nor can they provide a driving range of nearly 300 kilometers. They will no longer be suitable to serve as the power heart of the new generation of electric vehicles. The battery can only face the fate of being eliminated. And where should these aging battery packs go? At present, car manufacturers have also proposed various solutions, such as battery recycling and household energy storage equipment, so that battery packs can be regenerated.

Audi’s test plan with Nunam in India this time is to allow old electric vehicle batteries to continue to be used in transportation, choosing vehicle types with relatively low requirements for charge and discharge efficiency, battery power and endurance, that is, in the Indian market Three buns are common in the area. Because Sanbengzi is mostly used to pick up and drop off passengers and transport goods in urban areas, it does not have high requirements for cruising range. It has no doors and uses a soft roof.
