In response to the national "Healthy China 2030 Strategy", on September 16, 2022, the first health instructor training class of the China Songshan Shaolin Patriarch Disciples Federation opened a class at the headquarters of the Songshan Shaolin Patriarch Association. The Zhengzhou Branch of the Shaolin Patriarch Association, Nanjing Branch, and Hubei Branch all sent personnel to participate in the training.

training class aims to spread Shaolin Zen martial arts culture and expand health care career. The learning tutorial is themed on Shaolin Yijin Jing Fitness Qigong , meditation and health care, and health care and conditioning skills. The fitness and health course is the chief instructor of the Shaolin martial arts master Shi Hengjun. The Health and Care and Physical Therapy Department is taught by Teacher Li Qiufang, and the students teaches the students the physical therapy skills of shoulder, neck, waist and leg pain in Shaolin marrow cleaning skills.
