For example, the Lotus Sutra says that

3 are different in nature, so there are different troubles in teaching the machine

, so the prescriptions should be prescribed

, all sutras are convenient for awakening

, are all treasure books to guide practice

For example, the Lotus Sutra says that

, all the Dharmas spoken by the Buddha have the right to speak and truthfully, but in the end, they must guide all sentient beings to be Buddhas.

As the Lotus Sutra says, "The ultimate one vehicle is the ultimate, the three vehicles are convenient", while the classic "The Sutra of Understanding the Deep Secret Sutra" in another system of Buddhism has different views, saying, "The three vehicles are true, and the one vehicle is convenient." Some people may think that these two sutras are in conflict, but in fact they still have the same elements as the right one.

For example, the aids and abilities of the Śrāvakas can only practice the teachings of Śrāvakas. If you talk to him about Mahayana, you will scare him away. Then Buddha will tell him that Śūāvaka vehicle is the real way to liberation, and say to him: You should practice the teachings of Śūāvakas well, eliminate afflictions, and attain Nirvana.

These statements by Buddha are like doctors who prescribe different medicines to different patients. The medicine itself has no conflict, but because of the different conditions, different medicines must be taken.

If you don’t understand the Buddha’s teachings, you don’t understand the Buddha’s intentions, you are obsessed with the truth, and you think this is good, that is not good; this should be learned, and nothing else should be learned. When we have such knowledge and limitations, we will commit evil karma slandering the Dharma.

This kind of sectarian view is more likely to appear in the Buddhist community. For example, some people who recite the Buddha's name think that the Pure Land scriptures are the best, so they should not learn anything else, as learning will become an obstacle to practice. In fact, all scriptures can become a convenience for learning Buddhism. Of course, this does not mean that you have to learn all , twelve , and in fact you don’t have that much energy.

There are indeed primary and secondary issues in practicing. Each sect has some important classics. After learning the key points well, you have the energy to learn other things. On the other hand, everyone's cultivation must be biased. Some people practice based on the knowledge and views of consciousness, some people practice based on the knowledge and views of Madhyamaka, and some people practice based on the knowledge and views of Tiantai. It can be seen that each sect has its own insights and basis.

Although all the sutras are convenient for becoming a Buddha and can guide us in practice, if there is no point in mind, I am afraid that nothing can be learned well. Because Buddhism is so broad, every sect builds a learning system around certain types of classics. We can learn based on these classical systems. If we have to learn them all, we will definitely not be able to achieve our energy.

In short, when we study a certain sutra, we must know that other sutras are equally special and can also serve as a guiding role in practice. Don’t belittle other sutras and treatises, thinking that they are incomplete, but not all sutras and treatises must be learned at the same time.
