Life is alive, and there are always unsatisfactory things.

In life, many people have the habit of complaining, but they do not realize that the consequences of complaining are very serious and will cause us a lot of trouble.

The ancients said: Repay grievances with virtue.

When you have the thought of complaining, you must be alert and not be controlled by such negative emotions, and reflect back and face the worldly rain with a joyful heart, and don’t make it because of it. Irrecoverable business.

Eliminate complaints

The Buddha said: One thought opens the door to a million.

Buddhism often talks about getting rid of greed, anger, and ignorance. In life, some people love to complain. It doesn't matter if you complain to others or yourself, this is all due to our own aversion!

Complaining is the cause of karma. Many violent acts such as fighting, destruction, and killing are all due to complaints. Those who love to complain will get darker and darker in their hearts,The bad things keep going, and the good things are missed.

One day, two young people were applying for a job in a company at the same time.

manager called the first job applicant to the office and asked, "What do you think of your previous company?"

The job applicant replied with a gloomy expression: "It's just too bad there. Colleagues. It's hard to get along with each other; department heads are rude and brutal, and use their power to suppress others; the whole company is lifeless and work is very depressing, so I want to change to an ideal place."

manager said: "We I'm afraid this is not your ideal paradise." Then, the young man left with a sad face. The manager of

also asked the second job applicant this question, and he replied: "The previous company was very good. The colleagues were enthusiastic and helpful to each other; the supervisors were approachable and considerate to the subordinates; the atmosphere of the whole company was very harmonious. , I am very happy at work. If I don’t want to give full play to my strengths, I really don’t want to leave."

Hearing this answer, the manager said with a smile, "You are admitted."

strong16 Don't complain about everything. Complaining is a kind of negative energy, like lifting a rock and hitting yourself in the foot.

Those who know themselves don’t blame others, those who know fate don’t blame heaven, those who blame others are poor, those who blame heaven have no ambition. Complaining is the natural enemy of success, complaining is the nemesis of happiness, complaining is the label of the weak, and complaining is the poison of life.

Circumstances are created by the heart, and all principles are ideal.

Your world is created by you. If you are sunshine, your world is full of sunshine; if you have love, you live in an atmosphere of love; if you are happy, you live in laughter. Similarly, if you complain, criticize, blame, resent every day, you live in hell.

One thought to heaven, one thought to hell.

Life will not change because of your complaints. Life will not change because of your melancholy. On the contrary, if you complain a lot, it is yourself that is worried; if you are more melancholy, it is yourself that suffers.

In that case, why not smile? In that case, why be melancholy? Life is alive, happiness is a lifetime, and sorrow is also a lifetime, why not look away and be happy.

Everything is cause and effect

Buddha said: If you want to know the cause of the past life, the recipient of this life is; if you want to know the effect of the future life, the author of this life is.

Behind every personality is a cause and effect, behind every advantage is happiness, and behind every disadvantage is suffering.

One day, when the Buddha gave a lecture, he suddenly called his disciple Ananda and said, "Take a bucket and go to a village five miles away.Ask the old woman who is washing clothes by the well for a bucket of water. Be kind.

Ananda nodded after hearing it, took the bucket and walked towards the Buddha's direction. After a while, Ananda walked to the village the Buddha said, and there really was an old woman washing clothes by the well.

So Ananda asked: "Old man, can I ask you for a bucket of water?

The old woman raised her head and glanced at Ananda. She was so angry that she said, "No! The water in this well is only for people in the village, no outsiders can! "After talking, I hurried Ananda away. Ananda begged for a long time, and the old woman was indifferent. Ananda could only carry an empty bucket and left.

After returning, Ananda passed by Speaking to the Buddha, the Buddha motioned Ananda to sit down first, and then asked his disciple Sariputra to ask for water again.

Sariputra, like Ananda, came to the village and saw an old woman by the well. Washing clothes, I also asked, "Old man, can I ask you for a bucket of water?"

The old woman looked up and saw the Sariputta was happy, as if she saw her relatives, and said happily: "Yes, I will help you fetch water!" "Not only that, after the water was drawn, the old woman also brought some food to Sariputra for him to eat on the road.

Sariputra returned to the temple with food and water, and told the Buddha and Ananda about the process. Ask the Buddha why it is so different.

Buddha said: "In the past life, this old woman was a mouse. She died on the side of the road and was exposed to the scorching sun all day. At that time, Ananda was a businessman. He passed by and saw a dead mouse. He felt disgust in his heart and covered his nose. Sariputra was a scholar at the time and saw dead mouse.Feeling pity, he took a handful of soil and buried it. ”

past life causes, current life results.

karma that others did not get in the past is what you have created today, good karma Not enough.

It is said in the Buddhist scriptures: "When the heart is born, all kinds of laws arise; when the heart is extinguished, all kinds of laws are extinguished. "

The world’s dharma is produced by the mind. Therefore, do not complain about anything at any time, but learn to be grateful, be compassionate to others, and be grateful. And rejoicing is the best way to eliminate complaints.

You should know that if you do something with a complaint, even if it is a good thing, you will have no merit; if you always do something with joy, you will have merit even if you fail to succeed.

everyone Living environments are different, family backgrounds are different, opportunities are different, so the way of living is different. Therefore, no matter what situation you are in, don’t complain about the world, don’t give up your bottom line, and don’t have to hate others.

with gratitude and compassion When the heart faces life, life will be full of sunshine.

The soul is a mirror, and what it contains depends on where you face it. Put away the complaining heart, and let the mirror of the soul shine in the light,Let the darkness hide in the corner, out of sight and out of mind. Everything is good and bad, and if you look more on the bright side, your heart will not shed tears.
