——Remember Dushan County No. 3 Kindergarten launches a "Children's Behavior Observation and Analysis" flipped teaching and research activity in the game
In order to guide teachers to reasonably use appropriate game observation, analysis and guidance strategies in daily work, effectively support and promote children's games on the basis of observation and analysis, and promote children's games to promote children's learning and development in games. At noon on November 2, Dushan County No. 3 Kindergarten focused on "Constructing Children's Behavior Observation and Analysis" to carry out flipped teaching and research activities. At the event site of the
event, the teachers focused on constructing games, starting from the interpretation of the concept of constructing games, and under the leadership of Director Li, they carried out three independent game cases. The teachers started a group discussion with three questions. Through the overall review of the game cases, the teachers proposed different observation ideas in the next stage respectively. During the discussion, the teachers expressed their opinions and gathered ideas. The atmosphere on the scene was hot. In the end, each group of representatives summarized the game's characteristics, skills, methods, levels, and development stages.
The implementation of this teaching and research activity has enriched theoretical knowledge for the future development of kindergarten games. Our kindergarten will take this teaching and research activity as an opportunity to continuously promote teaching through research. While promoting teachers' professional growth and improving their theoretical knowledge level, we will better guide children to achieve multi-faceted development from constructing games.
