With the deepening of the gamification of the course, observation is an important means for kindergarten teachers to enter the minds of children. Writing good observation records is an important channel for teachers to analyze the reasons behind children's behavior and an important way for teachers to better understand children.
In order to further implement the spirit of the "html Guide to Learning and Development for Children aged 13-6" and the requirements for the independent implementation of games, better improve teachers' ability to observe and interpret children, and more appropriately support and guide children's games and learning, on October 11, 2022, Tiangang Lake Central Kindergarten launched a "wisdom" analysis and promotion of teachers' observation records sharing activities, aiming to exchange implementation experiences among teachers in each class, and improve teachers' ability to support children's learning and development in appreciation.
In the game observation record sharing activity, teachers of each class restore the real regional activity game of children, present the entire game process of children, and interpret the core value of the game. Each case is real and vivid, reflecting the teachers' observation, response and support during the children's game, vividly and vividly reproduce the children's investment, thinking, communication, interaction, growth and other content during the game.
We were fortunate to invite Director Liang and Director Zhou to comment on this event. The two principals pointed out that each "observation record" can feel the transformation between teachers and children, and enhance the thinking and innovation awareness of young children. In teaching practice, every teacher should be good at observing and thinking deeply to form a response.
Through this activity, teachers collided and shared their experiences in communication and discussion. While listening to some phenomena and problems encountered by other teachers in outdoor games, and how to reflect and solve them, they also provide ideas and help for how to correctly deal with and reasonably solve problems such as these in the game in the future. Let us better interpret children's games, better discover children, better enter children, and be supporters, collaborators, and guides in children's games.
