Mobile phone is already a daily life tool that everyone cannot live without.
In the past, it was a mobile phone to serve people, making phone calls and sending messages. The function was simple and convenient;
Now it was a mobile phone service, with a good-looking shell, exquisite wallpaper, and various experiences that tied a person's time to death.
I don’t know when it started, but I have become a person controlled by my mobile phone.
Eating cannot be separated from mobile phones, working cannot be separated from mobile phones, and even friends gathering. In name, it is because I haven’t seen each other for a long time, but I miss you very much, but when I get together, I hold my phone and chat with the people I can see.
I never thought that mobile phones were a burden to me before, until I started my business, I felt that I didn’t have enough time, and I was often extremely anxious about it. After careful review, I realized that it was not that there was not enough time, but that the mobile phone ruthlessly occupied the time it could use to control during the process.

After realizing this, I began to examine the duration of using my phone and took the initiative to do three things, greatly alleviating my anxiety.
1. Don’t climb stairs to read group messages
Since I have been surviving on the Internet, in order to obtain information, I have added various types of groups.
Some friends in the group have really good quality, with an average annual income of millions. During the chat with them, I wish I could write down every sentence as my motto.
When you feel that your career is not going well or you are in a bad mood, you will go to the group to check it out. Even if others are talking about content that has nothing to do with you, you can gain a good mood and confidence in doing your career during the lively chat.
However, although some groups have a large number of people, the information quality and density are not high. Sometimes they are afraid of missing out on important news, so they spend time climbing hundreds of floors. As a result, they find that most of them are meaningless chatting, and time sneaks away while climbing the stairs to read the news.
Invalid chat on the Internet is also an invalid social network. Realizing this, I no longer climb the stairs to read unimportant news.
When you don’t have enough energy to live your life well, don’t join in the irrelevant fun, avoid the uneasiness caused by time spent in chat, and avoid the feeling of depression during the chat.

2. If you don’t spend time browsing your Moments
Brushing your Moments is like a huge black hole. If you are not careful, you will suck away time.
One morning I woke up and found it was still early to start working. I decided to browse my Moments circle for a while before going to bed, and wait until the alarm clock rang before getting up to work.
didn't have any warning. After the consciousness was pulled out of the circle of friends, an hour had passed. It was time to get up, and the feeling was gone. Because of wasting time for the psychological effect of being in debt and not waking up, I was not very sunny all day long.
Looking at the bizarre life scenes in the circle of friends, although they are lively, sometimes you can find better clips from content posted by others that affect your life, but when you browse the circle of friends, you are spending your own time and appreciating other people's lives.
Instead of letting your circle of friends occupy your life and affecting yourself, it is better to leave your circle of friends.
In order to miss a high-quality circle of friends, you can accurately view the circle of friends that are useful to you.

3. Limit the time to brush short videos
Work reasons, you need to brush short videos to find inspiration.
is similar to browsing friends circles. Brushing short videos is easier to consume time. Inadvertently, fun short videos have taken away my original intention of opening short videos to find useful content. The system constantly recommends more content that makes me easily fascinated by the preferences.
When a person's attention is always immersed in short videos, there is no attention.
Average videos, incoherent content ruthlessly divides people's attention; the recommended method they are like "boiling a frog in warm water", allowing all kinds of content to ruthlessly take away a person's time.
As a severe user of short videos, it is deeply affected.
Sometimes, I obviously want to find topics that can be used for writing, but when I come back to my senses, I realize that I am immersed in short videos on my phone for several hours. I haven't found the topics, but I have collected several delicious restaurants.
Use a attitude of seeking profit and avoiding harm to brush short videos, keeping your purpose in mind and restraining time is a good choice that can avoid short videos from affecting your life.

People who have pursuits will feel guilty because of the vain of time. After all, wasting time is like wasting life.
Addicted to mobile phones is one of the ways to waste time. Watching others chat, browsing their circle of friends, and browsing short videos, every inconspicuous behavior related to mobile phones is the source of waste of time.
When I realized this, I started to deliberately turn off my phone.
First, when working, choose to turn off the computer or turn on the content that occupies the mobile phone screen to avoid being distracted by the mobile phone;
Later, I just need to exit the content that affects myself and close the background reminder;
Now, I only need to use my willpower to control the content that consumes my time when I work.
When I quit my phone, I found that the longer I quit my phone, the easier it is.
