I was drinking while listening to the rain outside the window last night. The night in the countryside was very quiet, and the sound of beating leaves through the forest could hit me deep in my heart. Later, I fell asleep amidst the sound of rain, and even my dreams felt like a lifetime of misty rain.
I got up early and returned to the city to do nucleic acid tests. It was still raining and it was cool. I have been busy for most of the day, doing things I like to do. Although it is tiring, it is very happy. The rain stopped a lot around 4pm, so I went for a walk in Beishan under an umbrella, which was very pleasant. The ancients said: The noisy cicadas in the forest are more quiet, and the birds singing in the mountains are even more secluded. Feel the same.
After crossing the Lanri Bridge, leaving the palace, we chatted for a while with the fortune teller in front of the Bodhi Courtyard. He is from Jiaohe and lost his eyesight when he was playing with detonators when he was eight years old. He has his own theory and is very optimistic. In ancient times, doctors and divination were all called "sir" regardless of their differences. Today, the husband and wife are in a bit of a miserable condition, their private parts are all wet, and business is not doing well. Really, I don’t draw lots before I go out to see what the yin and yang will be today.
When we went down to Panxue Hall , there was a believer kneeling down on the first step, prostrating himself to the ground, showing great piety. This is good, as it will resolve your heart problems and give you spiritual sustenance, and your life will be stable. However, I still adhere to the principle of "If you intend to do good, you will not be rewarded even if it is good; if you have no intention of doing evil, you will not be punished even if it is evil." I did not dare to disturb other people's piety, so I took a detour down the mountain.
We arrived at the Lianquan Ancient Well again, but unfortunately the platform was wet and we couldn’t sit down. So I went to the lotus pond to enjoy some lotus flowers, but the "haunted house" in Beishan always played the sound of ghosts crying and wolves howling, which really ruined the scenery.
Mr. Feng Zikai said very well that there are three floors in life: the first floor is material, the second floor is spirit, and the third floor is soul... If you know that you are satisfied with material, you will be rich, and if you step out of the outside world, your spirit will be sublimated. But the soul is too mysterious. As an atheist, I don’t dare to hope for it.
